This is a personal programme developed specifically for your chosen goal or event. It is based upon analysis of the requirements to achieve your goal and your current ability.
The programme will build on your strengths and develop your weaknesses, making best use of the training time and facilities you have available.
The training is progressive so gradually builds in intensity but includes important recovery periods. Enabling you to peak for your main event. The training plan will take account of various factors such as gender and age as these significantly impact suitability and types of training required and recovery.
The amount of coaching required will depend on the type of goal or event as to whether it will involve regular cycle racing. Personal training sessions can be included to develop key aspects of riding.
All training will be supported with a regular contact plan agreed with you.
